The small conversations can make big impacts. My friend says she loves talks with young kids because they still see things unfiltered. Another friend started a business based on an inspiring three minute talk with a mentor. It's always more than the words, it's the connection. Here's Number 47, "Three Minutes":

It's been a lesson in workflow. Writing and recording a song weekly has exposed
the dumb things I do that waste time, and taught me smart 
things to do that
save time later in the process. For example, I always finish a take even if
I screw up. The acceptable parts can sometimes be 'cut up' and pasted over
the
mistake. I don't have to play and sing perfectly for it to be a useful take.
The perfect is the enemy of the 'done'.
