• Thursday, September 17th: In my opinion, being civically engaged and active is good, but the incivility and outright hostility is not good. I don't want to chase the hate, even for something I believe in. I don't want to be controlled by that mentality. Real freedom comes from a willingness to listen, to be able to disagree, to rise above and to think for one's self. Here's Number 38, "Free In This World".

Exhibitionist Song Writing YOUR COMMENTS

I've been writing songs with kids all week. It's a hopeful place for me. In times like these, I want to be where I'm knee deep in positive energy. Sixteen songs. All about the best things in our natures and the joy of working together.

 

 

 

The Project:
52 songs in 52 weeks from January 1 to December 24, 2009. I'm going to attempt to write a new song (or tackle old unfinished songs) at a pace of one per week.

I'll record them and post them here, as well as the 52 Songs facebook group and ReverbNation.com. I'm hoping you will take a few minutes to listen and/or download them (for free) and occasionally give me feedback. A few more details.
