• Thursday, September 3rd: Friends of ours are splitting up after 23 years. I saw him today and the weariness is plain on his face. We saw her recently and she's kind of happy, but not in a peaceful way. The way people live sure takes its toll. We need the wide windshield of hope ahead and forget about the rearview mirror. Here's Number 36, "Drive You Away".

Exhibitionist Song Writing YOUR COMMENTS

Writing songs is hard work. I'm trying to find the line again between trying to find my best and letting go. Sometimes I just feel lost and looking for my faith.

 

 

The Project:
52 songs in 52 weeks from January 1 to December 24, 2009. I'm going to attempt to write a new song (or tackle old unfinished songs) at a pace of one per week.
