• Thursday, August 27th: On the verge of the seasons change, time to say our goodbyes and prepare for the turning. A young woman I met has left behind someone in Cleveland. I imagined him heavy hearted on the banks of Lake Erie, and progressed from there. Here's Number 35, "Time I Spent With You":

Glad to be home and looking out over the prairie beyond our backyard.

 

 

 

 

I wrote Number 35 sitting outside in the late summer sun. I've been wanting to let some hints of jazz into a song, and this week was my chance.

The Project:
52 songs in 52 weeks from January 1 to December 24, 2009. I'm going to attempt to write a new song (or tackle old unfinished songs) at a pace of one per week.

I'll record them and post them here, as well as the 52 Songs facebook group and ReverbNation.com. I'm hoping you will take a few minutes to listen and/or download them (for free) and occasionally give me feedback. A few more details.
